Academy Policy Changes
2010-2011
SCHOOL YEAR
As of Tuesday, July 06, 2010
- The Academy will no longer be closed for 2 weeks during the Christmas and New Year’s break (school calendar will be given out during parent orientation).
- There will be an after-school charge of $40.00 per week, for all Kindergarten students that remain in the classroom after 4:30 p.m.
- When a child is absent for vacation half of the tuition will be due to reserve your child’s place at the Academy. Only 1 half week vacation is allowed per academic year.
- There will be a 10% discount for tuition paid in full for the year.
- Please review revised parent handbook for new sick policy.
- If a child is in attendance at the Academy for 3 or more days during the week full tuition is due.
- All families must commit to 5 hours of volunteer hours per academic year.
- Effective August 09, 2010 the Academy will start using Smart Tuition to handle all tuition payments (more information coming soon).
