FACULTY AND STAFF
The Christian Academy administrative staff and teachers are required to complete a total of ten (10) clock hours of continuing education courses annually in Early Childhood Education, and Infant and Child First Aid and CPR. The kindergarten lead teacher is required to hold a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, grades Kindergarten-5th.
It is the Academy’s policy to follow the rules and regulations set forth by Bright from the Start, Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning regarding staff/child ratios. These ratios are maintained at all times to ensure the safety of our children and ensure that each child is able to take full advantage of the curriculum and classroom experiences at Ben Hill United Methodist
